Service Agreement

This Service Agreement outlines the working relationship between Little Lizard Studio LLC and the Client.
By purchasing services, accepting a quote, or submitting payment, the Client agrees to the following terms.
Project Scope
The scope of work for each project will be defined in a written quote, invoice, or service description.
Work performed will be limited to the services described in the approved scope. Requests outside of the agreed scope may require additional fees.
Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide required materials necessary to complete the project, including:
- Written website copy
- Images or branding assets
- Access to website hosting or platforms when required
- Timely approvals or feedback
Delays in providing materials or approvals may extend project timelines.
Revisions
Services may include a reasonable number of revisions depending on the service package.
Major changes or requests that significantly alter the project direction may be considered additional work and billed separately.
Project Timeline
Estimated timelines may be provided for planning purposes but are not guaranteed.
Timelines may change due to:
- Client delays in providing materials
- Third-party service interruptions
- Scope changes during development
Client Access and Credentials
Clients are responsible for maintaining access to:
- Domain registration
- Website hosting
- Third-party services or subscriptions
If the Client loses access to these accounts, additional time may be required to restore access.
Website Launch and Acceptance
Upon project completion or website launch, the Client is responsible for reviewing the website and notifying us of any issues within a reasonable period.
After approval, ongoing changes may be handled through maintenance services or new service requests.
Maintenance and Support
Ongoing maintenance and support services may be provided through monthly maintenance plans.
Maintenance plans cover only the services included in the selected plan and do not include major feature development or full redesigns.
Third-Party Platforms
Projects may involve third-party platforms such as:
- WordPress
- Webflow
- Squarespace
- Hosting providers
- Plugins or integrations
Little Lizard Studio cannot guarantee the long-term behavior of third-party platforms and is not responsible for issues caused by external updates or changes.
Portfolio Rights
Little Lizard Studio reserves the right to display completed projects in portfolios, case studies, or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
